I. Application

Mainly used in optical evaporation, coating materials, semiconductor materials, solar materials, LED, flat panel display, etc.

II. Product Features

The flame ingot is made by flame method with raw material of PQ own purified natural quartz sand. Continuous flame melting produces highly purified, net formed quartz ingots with few micro-bubbles (high material utilization ratio), which can be processed into various shapes. PQ871S/E series is with even higher impurity level.
