Quartz Ceramic Round Crucible

I. Application

Quartz ceramic crucible features fine structure, low thermal expansion, tight geometric tolerance, high resistance to thermal shock, excellent electrical properties and high chemical purity and resistance. It is the vital material used as a silicon container during polycrystalline ingot casting, under temperature up to 1500 ℃ lasting about 50 hours, which yield out all sorts of shapes of the ingot, like silicon ingot, square ingot and round ingot etc.

II. Product Features

Quartz ceramic crucible features fine structure, low thermal expansion ,tight geometric tolerance, high resistance to thermal shock, excellent electrical properties and high chemical purity and resistance. We apply one layer with high purity and density slurry on the crucible inner side which can greatly reduce the impurity diffusion from crucible to ingot. This high purity coating is developed by our unique patented technology of purification for the quartz sand. Coating height can be customized upon request.
