Solar photovoltaic, chemical, thermal (e.g. etching groove, window, support plate, reaction chamber base, cover plate).
The high purity quartz sand is directly fused and drawn, with high flatness, small thickness deviation, almost no bubble cutting deviation, almost no bubble and flexible dimension production. Especially high processing utilization, is the optical, chemical and other fields of high quality extruded quartz materials.
II. Product Features
The flame ingot is made by flame method with raw material of PQ own purified natural quartz sand. Continuous flame melting produces highly purified, net formed quartz ingots with few micro-bubbles (high material utilization ratio), which can be processed into various shapes. PQ871S/E series is with even higher impurity level.
